• Forge headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of any transmission
• Conduct network monitoring or run a packet sniffer to intercept data not intended for you, or harvest information about visitors without their explicit consent
• Reference or resemble any specific third party without their consent, or that of their legal guardian if they are a minor

القسم 14 — التعويض

توافق على تعويض بصمة خير والشركات التابعة لها ومسؤوليها ومديريها ووكلائها وموظفيها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبة أو طلب، بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة، الناشئة عن أي طرف ثالث نتيجة خرقك لهذه الشروط أو انتهاكك لأي قانون أو حقوق طرف ثالث.
القسم 15 — قابلية الفصل

إذا تقرر أن أي بند من بنود هذه الشروط غير قانوني أو باطل أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فإن ذلك البند سيظل قابلاً للتنفيذ إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، وستظل بقية بنود هذه الشروط سارية المفعول بالكامل.
القسم 16 — الإنهاء

• الترويج لأي نشاط أو محتوى غير قانوني، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر إساءة معاملة الأطفال أو الحيوانات، والعنف، والاستخدام غير المشروع للمخدرات، والشرب دون السن القانونية
• انتهاك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو براءات الاختراع أو العلامات التجارية أو الأسرار التجارية أو غيرها من حقوق الملكية أو الخصوصية الخاصة ببصمة خير أو بغيرها
• مشاركة بياناتك أو أنشطتك أو انتماءاتك دون موافقتنا الخطية المسبقة
• انتهاك أي قانون معمول به أو تشجيع أي سلوك قد يشكل جريمة جنائية أو ينشأ عنه مسؤولية مدنية
• أن يكون تشهيرياً أو تهديدياً أو مضايقاً أو مخلاً بالخصوصية أو مسيئاً أو كارهاً أو تمييزياً أو إباحياً أو فاحشاً
• إرسال أي سر تجاري أو معلومات غير عامة عن أي شخص أو شركة أو كيان دون إذن
• تقييد أو منع أي زائر آخر من استخدام منصة بصمة خير، بما في ذلك عبر اختراق أو تشويه أو تعديل أو ترجمة أو بيع أو هندسة عكسية لأي جزء منها
• إزالة أي إشعار لحقوق النشر أو العلامة التجارية أو غيرها من إشعارات الملكية الواردة في منصة بصمة خير
• الترخيص من الباطن أو البيع أو التأجير أو النقل أو الاستغلال التجاري لمحتوى منصة بصمة خير بأي شكل، باستثناء ما هو مسموح به صراحة
• طباعة أو نسخ أي جزء من منصة بصمة خير دون إذن كتابي مسبق منا
• توزيع أي فيروس أو ملفات أو برامج ضارة
• التدخل في أو تعطيل أي خدمات أو معدات بقصد التسبب في حمل زائد على البنية التحتية لبصمة خير أو مورّديها
• إعداد أو توزيع رسائل بريد إلكتروني غير مرغوب فيها أو رسائل جماعية غير مصرح بها
• استخدام أي روبوت أو أداة بحث آلية لاسترجاع أو فهرسة بيانات منصة بصمة خير أو التحايل على هيكلها الملاحي أو تدابيرها الأمنية
• تزوير العناوين أو الهويات لإخفاء مصدر أي عملية إرسال
• تنفيذ أي شكل من أشكال مراقبة الشبكة أو اعتراض بيانات غير مخصصة لك، أو جمع معلومات عن الزوار دون موافقتهم الصريحة
• الإشارة إلى أو التشبه بأي طرف ثالث محدد دون الحصول على موافقته، أو موافقة وليّ أمره إذا كان قاصراً
