Official business days at Basma Khair are Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days for all Basma Khair employees and our shipping partners.
Our Delivery Commitment

Our first priority is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we've made shipping as convenient as possible because your convenience is our priority. Basma Khair primarily delivers orders through a trusted third-party courier to ensure timely shipping.
Delivery typically takes two to four days maximum, depending on your geographical area, and you may choose a delivery time that works best for you at any point during the day, week, or month.
Urgent Orders

For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Confirmation
--------------------------------------------
We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of goods. Orders are delivered to the registered address, and we consider the signature of anyone present at that address as confirmation of receipt.
If no one is available at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. We are not able to attempt delivery more than twice, and Basma Khair is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
Order Fulfillment Timeline

• In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days
• Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the individual production time stated on the product description page
Delivery Cost

Delivery cost is either:
• Calculated at checkout, depending on the product and delivery address
• Quoted after the order for special orders, and included in your order's final balance
Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date rather than the order date. They should be used as a guide only and remain subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless exceptional circumstances arise, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the order date (business days are Saturday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
To find out how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout, where shipping charges will be displayed.

أيام العمل الرسمية لدى بصمة خير هي من الأحد إلى الخميس. أما أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية فهي إجازة لجميع موظفي بصمة خير وشركاء الشحن.
التزامنا بالتوصيل

مهمتنا الأولى هي تقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق عبر الإنترنت، لذلك حرصنا على تسهيل عملية الشحن لأن راحتك هي أولويتنا. تقوم بصمة خير بتوصيل طلباتك بشكل أساسي عبر شركة شحن موثوقة لضمان وصول طلبك في الوقت المحدد.
يتم التوصيل عادة خلال يومين إلى أربعة أيام كحد أقصى، حسب منطقتك الجغرافية، مع إمكانية اختيار الوقت المناسب لك للاستلام في أي وقت خلال اليوم أو الأسبوع أو الشهر.

في حال وجود طلبات عاجلة، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لمساعدتك.
تأكيد الاستلام

سنطلب منك التوقيع على نسخة من الفاتورة لتأكيد استلام البضاعة. يتم توصيل الطلب إلى العنوان المسجل، ونعتبر توقيع أي شخص متواجد في هذا العنوان بمثابة استلام للطلب.
في حال عدم وجود أحد في العنوان المسجل لاستلام الطلب، سنطلب منك التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لتحديد موعد توصيل آخر. لا يمكننا محاولة التوصيل أكثر من مرتين، ولا تتحمل بصمة خير مسؤولية أي طلب يتجاوز 7 أيام من محاولة التوصيل الأولى.

تكلفة التوصيل

يتم تحديد تكلفة التوصيل بإحدى الطريقتين التاليتين:
• تُحسب عند إتمام الطلب حسب المنتج وعنوان التوصيل
• تُحدد بعد الطلب في حالة الطلبات الخاصة، وتُضاف إلى الرصيد النهائي للطلب
مدة التوصيل

سيتم تزويدك بمدة تقديرية للتوصيل بمجرد إتمام طلبك. مدد التوصيل تقديرية وتبدأ من تاريخ الشحن وليس تاريخ الطلب، وتُستخدم كدليل إرشادي فقط وتخضع لقبول الطلب والموافقة عليه.
ما لم تكن هناك ظروف استثنائية، نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتجهيز طلبك خلال 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ الطلب (أيام العمل من السبت إلى الجمعة، باستثناء العطلات).
قد يختلف تاريخ التوصيل بسبب ممارسات شركة الشحن، أو موقع التوصيل، أو طريقة التوصيل، أو طبيعة المنتجات المطلوبة. وقد يتم توصيل المنتجات في شحنات منفصلة.
لمعرفة تكلفة شحن طلبك، ما عليك سوى إضافة المنتجات التي ترغب بشرائها إلى سلة التسوق والانتقال إلى صفحة الدفع، حيث ستظهر لك رسوم الشحن.
