Return Period and Free Returns

You have 14 days to return products after receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can be managed through your customer account, by contacting our customer service at the provided number, or via email.

Defective or Damaged Products

If an item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the website description, is counterfeit, or was received damaged due to shipping, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt for free. The item value will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 business days.

Return Conditions

When returning a product, please ensure:

• All accessories and labels are in proper condition

• The product is in its original packaging in perfect condition

• The package is factory sealed (for replacements within 14 days)

• All included gifts and exceptional accessories are present

• Any passwords created for devices are removed before return

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

• Damaged products (excluding transportation damage)

• Products not in their original packaging

• Products missing accessories

• Unsealed products from certain product categories

إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو لا يعمل بشكل صحيح أو لا يطابق وصف الموقع أو كان مزيفاً أو تم استلامه تالفاً نتيجة النقل والشحن، يحق لك إعادته خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام مجاناً، وسيتم رد قيمة المنتج إليك خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوم عمل.

شروط الإرجاع

عند إرجاع المنتج، يرجى التأكد من:

• أن تكون جميع الملحقات والملصقات الخاصة بالطلب في حالتها السليمة

• أن يكون المنتج في عبوته الأصلية وبحالته الصحيحة

• أن تكون العبوة مغلقة بختم المصنع (في حالة الاستبدال خلال 14 يوماً)

• وجود جميع الهدايا والملحقات الاستثنائية المرفقة مع المنتج

• إزالة أي كلمة مرور تم إنشاؤها على الجهاز المراد إرجاعه

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التالية:

• المنتجات التالفة (باستثناء تلف النقل)

• المنتجات التي ليست في عبواتها الأصلية

• المنتجات التي لا تشمل جميع الملحقات

• المنتجات غير المختومة من مجموعات منتجات معينة
